Your full transparent pricing package will include the following:

• Full expert, professional Hydraulic Design to create a design that works and will be approved by the authority without delays
• Full expert plumbing consultation with Designer to get job done using correct sizing and reducing unnecessary costs
• Site Visit with Designer & Plumbing Consultant where required.
• Submission, liaison, revisions and full management to efficiently achieve your Approved Plans by the Authority
• As Built Design Drawings completed efficiently so your Plumber can have Final Inspections passed and submitted to Council

Council Application, Submission and Inspection Fees vary for each authority and wil be payable by you when your design is submitted for approval.

Simpler Pricing Meter Alterations is an initiative to move to an equitable user-pays system giving business customers greater control over their water and sewerage bills.

From October 2021, non-residential customers are able to submit a Hydraulic Assessment Report which reviews the number and size of water meters servicing their property and then apply to alter their metering configuration by disconnecting or downsizing their meter to reduce their bill cost.

We will:

• Conduct a thorough Site Inspection
• Answer your queries or concerns
• Review existing services and conditions for the water service infrastructure
• Photograph existing Meter arrangement
• Create a Site Plan showing existing arrangements 
• Prepare a professional Hydraulic Assessment Report for your application
• Manage your application process
• Liaise with the Water Authority to have your application accepted

Urban Utilities will Rebate Costs of the Hydraulic Assessment Report up to $1500 which is available whether you decide to proceed with the alteration or not.

If you decide to proceed with altering your Water Meter set up Urban Utilities will provide the New Meter Free Of Charge.

Costs for approvals and all plumbing works are paid by the customer.
